滕州市凤凰隧道顶进下穿高速公路设计方案总结

摘    要:滕州市凤凰隧道和引道工程位于滕州市高铁新区,双向6车道,全长2.6 km,其中顶进部分隧道长48 m。为更好地完成隧道顶进的设计工作,对顶进部分进行了着重介绍,包括跨越方案的比选、支护方案的比选、管幕的设计概况和管幕挠度的计算,可为采用管幕法支护的类似顶进施工项目提供一定程度的参考。

Abstract:Tengzhou City Fenghuang Tunnel and Approach Project is located in Gaotie New Area of Tengzhou City. Its total length is 2.6 km with six lanes in both directions, in which the jacking-in part of the tunnel is 48 km long. In order better to complete the design of tunnel jacking in, the jacking-in part is specially introduced including the comparison of spanning scheme, the comparison of supporting scheme, the design overview of pipe curtain and the calculation of pipe curtain deflection. A certain level of reference can be provided for the similar jacking-in construction projects with the pipe-curtain support method.
