| Abstract: | According to the overview on the overhaul and reconstruction of Zhongchun Road (Qinchun Road - Beisong Highway), the essentials and difficulties in the reconstruction of second-class highways in urban built areas are analyzed. The design experience of this project is summarized. The reference can be provided for the reconstruction and expansion of the follow-up second-class highways. |
