摘    要:基于国家对防治交通干线环境噪声污染、大力倡导绿色交通的要求,同时考虑到现阶段各类伸缩装置的降噪功能和效果均有所欠缺,研发了一种新型的性能优良的降噪减振伸缩装置以减少公路、城市桥梁工程噪声对环境污染。对伸缩装置的承载能力极限状态、正常使用极限状态及疲劳性能有限元模拟分析,分析结果满足规范要求。

Abstract:Based on the national requirements for the prevention and control of the environmental noise pollution of the traffic trunk line and the vigorous advocacy of green traffic, and considering the deficient noise reduction function and effect of various expansion devices at present, a new type of noise reduction and vibration attenuation expansion device with excellent performance is researched and developed to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the noise of highway and urban bridge projects. The finite element simulation analysis of the bearing capacity limit state, normal use limit state and fatigue performance of the expansion device shows that the analysis results meet the requirements of the code.
