摘 要: | 氢燃料电池技术是欧盟实现碳中和的重要技术路线,基于氢燃料电池联合承诺(FCH JU)计划项目,挖掘欧盟氢燃料电池政策与创新技术文献,总结了近年来欧盟氢燃料电池技术平台与创新技术发展现状,概述了燃料电池的创新技术突破和成熟度,展示了氢燃料电池汽车示范运营和技术经济分析成果,展望了2030年和2050年欧盟实现减少碳排放55%和碳中和氢燃料电池的重要角色和广阔发展前景。

Abstract: | Hydrogen fuel cell technology is an important technology roadmap for the European Union to achieve carbon neutrality. Based on the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Joint Commitment(FCH JU) program, the European Union’s hydrogen fuel cell policies and literatures as well as archives regarding fuel cell innovative technologies have been excavated, and the EU’s hydrogen fuel cell technology platform and technology roadmaps are summarized in recent years. This paper presents the status quo of technological development, outlines the technological breakthroughs and maturity of fuel cells, the achievements of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle demonstration operations and analysis on technology and economy. This paper also summarizes perspectives in terms of the EU’s 55% reduction in carbon emissions in 2030 and carbon neutral in 2050,especially the important role and broad vision for hydrogen fuel cells to realize. |
