基于车轮扭矩传感器的轮胎滚动阻力测试系统开发

应用车轮扭矩传感器开发了轮胎滚动阻力测试系统。介绍了在双滚筒上测试轮胎滚动阻力和阻力系数的原理、轮胎滚动阻力测试系统的构成及测试系统软件的开发。在赛欧SLX-AT轿车的驱动轮上对该系统进行了实车试验,结果表明,该测试系统可克服滚动阻力滑行测试法和反拖测试法的不足,提高轮胎滚动阻力的检测精度,为研究轮胎滚动阻力特性提供了新手段。

The Test System Development of Tire Rolling Resistant Force Based on Wheel Torque Sensor

Apply wheel torque sensor to develop the test system of tire rolling resistant force.The principle of tire rolling resistant force and resistant force coefficient which are tested in the dual rolling drums,the makeup of tire rolling resistant force test system and the development of test system software are introduced.Apply this test system to the drive wheel of the Sail SLX-AT passenger car,the result shows that this test system can overcome the deficiency of rolling resistant force cruising test method and anti-pull test method,and enhance the detection accuracy of tire rolling resistant force and supply new method for the research of tire rolling resistant force characteristics.
