浅谈ATS故障下的行车调度方法

目前广州地铁一、二、四号线都采用西门子的ATS列车自动控制信号系统，该系统主要由COM机工作站、SICAS联锁工作站及MMI、LOW人机接口工作站组成整个信号系统。在中央ATS监控系统发生故障时，作为调度控制中心的行车调度员，无法对全线列车进行有效监控与指挥，在该信号故障下，行车调度员在自动监控系统部分功能缺失的情况时，实行人工控制模式，降低ATS故障下通讯缺陷、信号降级运行下对行车的影响，为乘客提供优质的服务，减少该故障对营运服务的影响。

The method of the traffic scheduling for ATS fault

SIEMENS ATS （Automatic Train Supervision） system, which contains COM （Communicator）, SICAS （SIEMENS Computer Aided Signaling）, MMI （Man Machine Interface） and LOW （Local Operator Workstation）, is used as the main part of the metro operating control system by Guangzhou Metro line 1,2 and 4. But when fault occurs on ATS, we could not find out the location of the trains during operating. So this paper introduce a way of operating and commanding in case of ATS faults despite the communication fault, the ATS fault so that the affection to the service and aim to give a high efficiency way to deal with could be decreased.
