项目实施规划在地铁工程建设管理中的作用

地铁项目建设具有长期性、复杂性等特点，为使地铁项目建设管理达到统一、协调、顺畅的目标，笔者介绍一种以内部资源、外部资源、工程具体特点等作为因果条件，运用因果分析法，从项目建设总体目标开始层层分解，进行各阶段、各专业实施性规划的方法。该方法强调的工作重点是业主在项目管理实施阶段必须做好项目实施规划，并指导后期各阶段过程管理。

Role of project implementation planning in construction management of metro works

Construction of metro projects are of a protracted and complicated nature. In order to achieve the goal of unification and smoothness in the management of project construction, the author introduces a method of planning to be implemented by all the specialties in various phases with the internal ＆ external resources and specific features of the project as the causality condition. And a leaf - by - leaf decomposition is started to be carried out from the overall target of the project construction by making use of the causality method. The priority points of work stressed by this method is that the employer must do a good job of the project implementation plan in the phase of implementation of project management and provide guidance to the process management of various phases of later stage.
