转向器齿条硬度全自动测试分选系统的研制

摘    要:国内首次研制成功转向器齿条硬度全自动测试分选系统。该系统可自动测试转向器齿条的里氏硬度,可转换成相应的洛氏、布氏、维氏值,并按生产要求自动进行分选。系统采用上、下位机结构,设计了智能测头,由微机控制步进电机和气动装置实现位移和机械动作。介绍了系统的测量原理、系统结构、硬件及软件。

Abstract:The steering gear rack hardness full automatic measuring & sorting system is the first successful domestic developed one in this field.The system can automatically measure Riss hardness of steering gear rack,and then transform it into corresponding Rockwell,Brinell and Vickers hardness.It can also automatically classify them according to production requirements.This system consists of lower and upper positioning machine structure,an intelligence probe,and achieves the displacement and mechanical operation by computer controlled stepper motor and pneumatic device.Testing principle,system structure,hard and soft ware of this system,are introduced in this paper as well.
