| Abstract: | The article summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of flood control in the mountainous city,the determination of flood flow,the organization requirement and etc.according to the flood control engineering planning and design of the scientific research organ innovation base(scientific technical city) in Zhejiang Province,which can provide the experience referred for the construction of flood control and drainage system of the mountainous cities. |
