汽车动力传动轴系扭振数字化测试系统

摘    要:结合传感器技术、信号分析处理技术和虚拟仪器技术,采用数字脉冲时序法开发了汽车动力传动轴系高精度扭振数字化测试系统.介绍了数字脉冲时序法测量原理,以及扭振数字化测试系统的组成和性能.在搭建的汽车动力传动轴系扭振试验台上对该系统进行了试验验证.结果表明,该系统具有较高的测试精度和可靠性,适合在恶劣环境下进行汽车动力传动轴扭振测试.

Abstract:A high-precision digital torsional vibration test system for power drive shaft of the vehicle based on digital pulse time sequence method in combination with sensor technology,signal analysis treatment technology and virtual instrument technology.The measuring principle of digital pulse time sequence method as well as composition and performance of digital torsional vibration test system are introduced.This system is verified on the power drive shaft torsional vibration test bed.The results show that this system features high test precision and reliability,suitable for automotive power drive shaft test in adverse environment.
