摘    要:本文旨在从心理学角度探讨学习动机理论,并以高职学生为研究对象浅析学习动机理论对高职学生英语学习及就业的实践意义。本文从学习动机的基本概念人手,着重阐述学习动机理论。以学习动机理论为指导,以高职生为研究对象,重点探讨学习动机理论对高职学生英语学习及就业的实践意义。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to explore, from the psychological perspective, learning motivation theory, and analyze the practical significance of learning motivation theory used in English learning and employment of higher vocational students. The article starts with learning motivation to elaborate learning motivation theory and mainly discusses the practical significance of learning motivation theory used in English learning and employment of higher vocational students.
