在上海市建设双层高架路系统的设想

针对目前上海市存在的亟需提高中心城区交通能力与用地紧张之间的矛盾,提出了在现有高架路系统的基础上增建双层高架路系统设想。它可以在不增加或极少增加交通用地的情况下增加新的高架路段,形成对现有快速路网的有效补充。并对建设双层高架路系统的可行性、必要性、系统的优缺点和设计中应考虑的问题等进行了初步探讨。在现有单层高架路基础上改建增修双层高架,是缓解上海交通难问题的可行措施。

Thinking about Building Double-Deck Elevated Road System in Shanghai City

To counter the contradictory between traffic capacity improvement and land in great demand in the central city district in Shanghai City, the paper puts forward the thinking about building double-deck elevated road system on the basis of the existing elevated road system. It could add new elevated road sector to form the effective supplement of the existing express road net without adding or less increasing the land for traffic. It also preliminarily approaches to the feasibility, necessity, advantages and shortcomings of the system for building double-deck elevated road system as well as the problems to be considered in the design. To rebuild and supplement double-deck elevated road on the basis of the existing single-deck elevated road is a feasible measure for mitigating difficult traffic in Shanghai City.
