摘    要:分析地铁车站设屏蔽门时的通风空调系统的特点,指出空调冷负荷的变化主要取决于客流量及新风量的变化,而二者在地铁运营过程中变化大。为了实现节能,提出利用地铁既有的综合监控系统与信号、屏蔽门、自动售检票等系统的互联信息,统计出某一时段的客流量及所需新风量,据此预测所需空调冷负荷及风量;根据预测结果引入前馈控制,通过变频器调整风量,并微调冷水量,主动适应负荷变化,从而实现通风空调系统节能运行的思路。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the features of ventilation and air-conditioning system in metro with platform screen doors.It deems that air-conditioning load changes mainly with passenger flow rate and fresh air volumes,both of which vary greatly in the process of metro operation.Using the information about the existing signaling system,platform screen door system and automatic fare collection system,and integrated supervision control system,passenger flow rate and fresh air volumes can be calculated and on the basis of the calculated passenger flow rate and fresh air volumes air-conditioning load and air volumes needed can be predicted.This paper further proposes that feed-forward controller should be used to improve the control strategy of ventilation and air-conditioning system.The feed-forward controller adjusts air volumes and cold water flow actively according to the predicted results to fit the changing air-conditioning loads.In consequence,energy-saving is achieved.
