基于AMESim和Simulink的起升机构速度控制仿真

摘    要:分析了起升机构液压系统原理,在AMESim和Matlab/Simulink平台上分别建立起升机构的动力学模型和OPID控制的ECu模型;通过创建S函数,实现AMESim和Simulink的接口互连。联合仿真结果表明:优化后起升速度提高,运行平稳,证明所采用的控制模块改善了起升机构的动态特性,为起升机构的设计提供了依据。

Abstract:The principle of hydraulic system of hoisting mechanism was analyzed. The dynamics model and ECU model for PID control were established respectively on the platforms of AMESim and Matlab/Simulink, and Sfunction was built to connect their interfaces. The results of simulation show that hoisting speed is improved, and the mechanism runs smoothly, which prove that the control module can improve the dynamic characteristics of hoisting mechanism, and provide basis for the design.
