| Abstract: | The project of equipment operation service of the port is born followed the new equipment management mode. And it has been put into practice successbully. This paper introduces the risk control of equipment operation service project adopted in Qinhuangdao Port. It introduces the aim,organ and flow chart of risk control. Therefore,the current and potential risk of the project is decreased effectively and the successful operation of equipment is guaranteed. |
