柴油—生物柴油—乙醇发动机烟度与微粒排放特性研究

摘    要:通过发动机台架试验,研究了燃用柴油—生物柴油—乙醇混合燃料(BE-D)、柴油时的烟度和微粒的排放规律。结果表明:BE-D燃料相比柴油自由加速烟度低18%,中高转速全负荷下的排气烟度低36%~56%;BE-D燃料相比柴油的微粒排放在中高转速、大负荷下低43%~58%,但低速下由于有机碳氢微粒的排放量增加,BE-D燃料的排气微粒浓度较柴油高。

Abstract:Smoke and particulate emission characteristics of diesel-biodiesel-ethanol(BE-D) engine were studied through the test.The results show that compared with diesel,BE-D can significantly reduce free acceleration smoke by 18% and steady smoke 36%~56% at full load conditions of medium and high speed;the particulate emission decreases by 43%~58% at high loads and medium-high speeds,but increases at low speeds due to the increase of organic hydrocarbon particulate.
