不同测定方法对沥青混合料密度测定值影响

利用不同方法测出的沥青混合料密度与实际密度相比，误差明显偏大，引起沥青混合料配合比设计丧失可信度。采用表干法、水中重法和蜡封法对不同级配沥青混合料进行测试，以数理统计方法为理论计算依据，以相关系数作为判断指标，综合考虑空隙率和吸水率与密度的相关性，确定与不同级配沥青混合料相适应的密度试验方法。结果表明：对同一种沥青混合料，不同密度试验方法实测结果差别较大，对最佳沥青用量的确定和沥青混合料的路用性能的影响不容忽视；以相关系数作为判断指标，以空隙率确定沥青混合料不同密度测定方法，为沥青混合料密度试验方法的合理选择提供了理论依据和判断标准。

Effect of Difference Measurements on Measured Value of Asphalt Mixture Density

The Marshall specimens of different gradations of SMA are tested separately by surface drying method,water weight method and wax sealing method. Then according to the pertinence between void or specific absorption and density,the right tests of density to different gradations of SMA are chosen on the theoretical calculating basis of mathematical statistics method and on evaluation index of correlation coefficient evaluated.However,the theoretical basis and estimation criterion are presented to choose the reasonably test of asphalt mixture density.
