| Abstract: | This Paper states the connotation of the importance of psychological health of the nautical cadets＇ classteacher under the semi-militarized system by the analysis for the particularity of the nautical cadets＇class teacher. It gives some counter-measure and thought for the nautical cadets＇class teacher to do their job well. |
