摘    要:带真空泵的稀土永磁稳压发电机转子由多块钕铁硼永磁材料通过极靴和非导磁螺钉固定在转子铁芯上,相邻的钕铁硼永磁材料极性相反,即N极、S极间隔排列,组成钕铁硼永磁转子.当转子转动时,磁场旋转,电枢绕组切割磁力线,产生电动势.研制的四相半波可控整流稳压器集稳压、整流于一体,输出电压稳定的直流电,解决了汽车用永磁发电机在宽转速、宽负载范围内输出电压需要保持稳定的问题.

Abstract:The rotor of rare-earth permanent-magnet stable voltage generator is constructed by fastening several segments of Nd-Fe-B permanent-magnet onto the iron core through pole shoes by nonmagnetic bolts with adjacent magnet segments opposed to each other in polarity, i.e. N poles and S poles arrayed alternately. When the rotor, and hence the magnetic field, rotates, the armature coil cuts the magnetic-curves and produces electromotive force. The developed four-phase half-wave controlled rectifier/voltage regulator combines both functions of commutation and voltage regulation, and output direct current with stable voltage, thus meeting the requirements of automotive permanent-magnet generator on stable voltage output over wide range of speed and load.
