摘    要:以赞比亚T2公路Kafue段的再生维修工程为依托,介绍了就地冷再生维修方案、机器配置、设备工作原理、施工过程、工艺优势与施工组织,针对机械油耗、材料添加、设备租用、人员配置等进行了详细的成本分析;并基于施工工期、维修效率、成本消耗三大方面将再生工艺与传统工艺做了对比,证明再生工艺具有很好的应用潜力,分析结论对非洲其他国家的同类工程具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Based on the recycling maintenance project in Kafue section of Zambia T2 Highway, cold in-place recycling technology was introduced in aspects of recycling maintenance scheme, machine configuration, machine working principle, construction process, technique advantages and construction organization. A detailed cost calculation was made aiming at oil consumption, material adding, machine rental and personal allocation. By comparison of construction duration, cost outlay and maintenance efficiency between traditional and recycling technology, it is proved that recycling technology has good application potential, and the results have good guide for similar recycling in other pavement maintenance project in Africa.
