The Quantity Relationship between the Transportation Capacity and Traffic Volume

The basic task of city public transportation enterprise is to carry the passenger to the destination safely quickly conveniently timely and comfortably,so,transportation capacity should be suitable for traffic volume is the basic principle to constitute the operation and production for the public transportation line,and satisfy it with the citizen's need for transportation and assure the quality of operation and service.This issue analyse and discuss the problem of quantity relationship between the transportation capacity traffic volume from three points of view---The quantity equation between the transportation capacity and traffic volume,the cost of operation,and the least controlled variable of the packed index.
