摘    要:通过有限元计算,分析了摩擦、加载方式、板厚以及屈服强度对单点局部下压成形形状以及回弹的影响,并分析了出现反曲率局部变形的原因。首先,对单点局部下压成形特征进行了分析。然后,对不同条件下的成形进行计算和分析。最后,对反曲率局部变形出现的原因进行了分析。结果表明,摩擦、加载方式对成形影响不大,而板厚、屈服强度对成形的影响较大;反曲率局部变形出现的原因是周边板材料的约束使得下轮与板接触区出现负弯矩。

Abstract:The characteristics of the single-point local bending forming method was discussed in this paper. Then a study of influencing parameters like friction, loading process, thickness and yield strength on the forming was developed. Finally, the reason for the anti-curvature local deformation appearing was discussed. The result indicate that friction and loading process have an impact on the forming and springback and thickness and yield strength have a greater impact. The reason for the anti-curvature local deformation is that the constraint of surrounding board material leads to negative moment around the area where the plate and the wheel under the plate. The constraint of the material in the direction vertical to the wheel axis is greater, and the constraint of the material in the direction parallel to the wheel axis is smaller.
