可倾瓦轴承-转子系统轴承外传力特性研究

摘    要:本文以四瓦可倾瓦轴承为研究对象,建立了可倾瓦轴承及可倾瓦轴承-转子系统动力学计算模型,分析了间隙比、宽径比及预负荷系数对轴承动力学参数、轴承外传力的影响。研究结果表明,轴承外传力大小主要受轴承刚度影响,增大阻尼有利于降低轴承外传力峰值,但会增大峰值转速之后的外传力。对于工作在一阶刚性模态下的可倾瓦轴承-转子系统,建议工作转速取1.5倍的一阶无阻尼临界转速。

Abstract:This paper chooses the 4-pad tilting pad bearing as the research object. The dynamic calculation models of the tilting pad bearing and the bearing-rotor system have been established and the effects of clearance ratio, length ratio an preload on bearing kinetic parameters have been analyzed. The results show that the transmitted force value is mainly affected by the stiffness, more damping contributes to reducing the transmitted force peak value but will increase the force value after the rotor speed across the force peak speed. A suggestion that the rotor working speed is equal to 1.5 times the first order undamped critical speed has been put forward for the tilting pad bearing-system working at the first order rigid mode.
