摘    要:文中详细分析了我国第一个控制汽车燃料消耗的强制性国家标准--<乘用车燃料消耗量限值>实施以来所取得的效果;探讨了标准进一步严格的可行性和面临的问题;最后提出了几项政策建议,为国家制定相关政策提供参考.

Abstract:In this paper,the enforcement effects of the first national compulsory standard Limits of Fuel Consumption for Passenger vehicles is analyzed in detail first;Then the feasibility and facing problems of more stringent standard are discussed;And finally some policy suggestions are proposed,which provide references for the state in formulating relevant policy.
