复杂条件下盾构改造竖井的设计与施工

摘    要:针对砂卵石地层条件下大型盾构被困的施工现状,探索在盾构前方开挖异形竖井进行解困的技术方案,结合具体工程,详细阐述了该竖井的设计与施工方法、盾构脱困后的推进方法及竖井回填施工工艺,该项施工技术为大型盾构的脱困提供了经验,可供类似工程参考。

Abstract:A large scale shield machine boring in sand cobble ground is jammed and a shaft is constructed ahead of the shield machine for the purpose of shield releasing. The design and construction of the shaft, the boring of the released shield and the backfilling construction of the shaft are presented in the paper, which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
