摘    要:近些年来极端海况条件频繁出现,给FPSO的安全生产带来极大威胁,一旦发生事故,轻则造成生产设施损坏,重则造成泄漏油事故等环境灾难。本文系统介绍了一种针对塔架式单点系泊FPSO的监测与预警系统的开发方案,方案集成软硬件设施于一体,除可以监测FPSO的运动与系泊系统的载荷外,还首次集成了风险评估和预警功能。基于此套系统,可以弥补FPSO作业过程中人为判断的不足,实现生产与安全的有机结合。

Abstract:In recent years, extreme environmental conditions occur frequently, which bring high risks for safety production of FPSO during their design life. In this paper, a development scheme for monitoring and forecasting sytem targeted to soft YOKE moored FPSO has been presented. The system can not only to monitor the vessel motions and loads at the SPM, but also to predict the potential risks based on the monitored sea-states in real time. With the utilization of this system, it could minimize potential errors from human judgments. With the increase of FPSO applications, this system has broad prospects and potentials.
