摘    要:旋转设备的振动激励通过轴系传到结构上,轴承既是引起轴系振动的主要激振力之一,又是轴系到结构的关键传递途径,轴承的支承刚度、阻尼特性等与轴承本身的结构尺寸密切相关。本文根据旋转设备轴系的结构特点,研究分析径向可倾瓦滑动轴承在特征结构参数变化下的主要动态性能。研究发现,轴承的特征参数将影响到轴承工作时的油膜刚度、阻尼系数,在诸多轴承特征参数中,轴承间隙对径向可倾瓦轴承动态性能的影响最为显著,轴承间隙增大将使轴承的刚度阻尼系数同时减小。轴承特征参数对轴承动特性的影响规律研究为旋转机械的轴承转子系统设计提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The vibration of rotating equipment is spread from the shaft system to the structure. Journal bearings can cause exciting forces, but also are the key path to transfer the vibration from the shaft to the structure. The dynamic properties are closely related to the parameters of the bearing. In the present paper, the research is carried out to analyze the effect of the dimensional parameters on the dynamic performance of tilting-pad journal bearings. It is found that the characteristic parameters will affect the bearing stiffness and damping coefficients. In bearing characteristic parameters, the influence of the journal bearing clearance is most significant to the dynamic properties of tilting-pad journal bearing. The increase of the bearing clearance will cause the low oil film stiffness while reducing the damping. The researches will provide a theoretical basis of the rotor-bearing system design.
