摘    要:利用模糊综合评价理论,研究客运专线乘客满意度的评价问题,从客运专线的运输特点和消费者的消费心理出发,构建客运专线乘客满意度评价体系,构建相应的多层次评价模型,并结合实例说明模型的有效性。

Abstract:Uses the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation theory,studies the passenger transportation special line passenger degree of satisfaction the appraisal question,embarks from the passenger transportation special line's transportation characteristic and consumer's expense psychology,constructs the passenger transportation special line passenger degree of satisfaction appraisal system,constructs the corresponding multi-level evaluation model,and unifies the example explanation model the validity.
