摘    要:小型双甲板拖网渔船的艉门架位于上层甲板,并且在起网作业时承受较大载荷,其结构形式所决定的重量与强度构成一对矛盾,如何处理它们的关系将直接影响起网作业的安全和船舶稳性。文中在原有艉门架结构的基础上,提出经全新改进设计的新型艉门架,并通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对两种艉门架的强度进行分析计算和比较,结果证明改进后的新型艉门架不仅满足了给定作业工况下结构强度要求,同时也大幅降低了结构重量,并在一定程度上降低了空船重心高度。

Abstract:The stern gantry of a small double deck trawler is located on the upper deck and bears large loads during network operation. The weight and strength determined by its structural form a pair of contradictions. How to deal with their relationship will directly affect the safety of the network operation and the stability of the ship. Based on the original stern gantry structure, a new type of stern gantry frame is put forward.
