| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了采用雷达、变频高速摄像和智能视频触发技术,对行驶车辆,特别是高速行驶(车速120 -180km/h)车辆进行全天候24小时连续监控,对违法超速行驶车辆进行抓拍的电子抓拍系统的原理。

| Abstract: | This article introduced the principle of highway electronic snapshot system,that is to apply the radar,the high speed pho- tograph of frequency conversion and the intelligent video frequency triggering technology to monitoring travel vehicles,especially high speed (vehicle speed 120-180km/h) travel vehicles for 24 hours all day aroud,and to snapshotting the vehicles that exceeds the speed limit illegally. |
