| Abstract: | This paper macroscopically and qualitatively analyzes the selection of the optimum route according to the type of the tropic cyclones for the ships from Shanghai to Taiwan via Ishigaki. It gives the suggestion that how to avoid the various types of cyclones by means of Changing the Route. |
