城市轨道交通建设规模研究

轨道交通是解决大城市交通问题的有效措施,目前我国许多城市都进行了轨道交通的规划和建设。一个城市轨道交通适宜的发展规模,与这个城市的规模、城市形态、人口密度、经济水平,用地状况等因素有关。国内外关于一个城市轨道交通适宜的规模并没有一定的参考标准。在参考国内外城市轨道交通规模,以及城市经济实力、人口规模的基础上,分析了城市经济水平和人口规模对城市轨道交通的制约条件,提出了在不同经济水平(GDP)条件下,城市轨道交通的规模与人口密度之间的数学关系,为各城市轨道交通规划提供一个可供参考的量化指标。

A Study on Appropriate Size of Urban Rail Transit Systems

Developing urban rail transit systems is an effective solution to traffic problems of big cities. The appropriate size of a rail transit system relates to the size, the economic level, and the land-use patterns of the city. There have been no domestic and oversea standards for referencing in determining the appropriate size of urban rail transit systems for cities with different sizes. Through a review of characteristics of urban rail transit systems, the GDP and population density of many cities in China and abroad, this paper develops a mathematical relationship between the appropriate size of an urban rail transit system and the population density of a city, which can be useful for urban rail transit systems planning.
