轻卡外流场数值模拟及货箱优化设计

摘    要:对某轻卡进行外流场的数值模拟,通过对模型的流场特性的分析,研究气动阻力产生的主要原因。将车厢高度和车厢与驾驶舱距离作为两个影响因子,采用拉丁超立方设计方法和最小二乘法创建二阶响应面模型,利用混合整型优化法进行参数优化,优化后与原型设计相比,整车气动阻力明显减小,表明该方法能有效地提高整车空气动力学性能和CFD优化效率。

Abstract:A 3D numerical simulation on the exterior field of a light truck is conducted.By analyzing the flow field characteristics of the model,the main causes of its aerodynamic drag are studied.The height of the goods carriage and the distance between goods carriage and cab are used as two factors of influence.The Optimal Latin hypercube design method and the least squares method are used to create a second-order response surface model.The Multifunction Optimization System Tool method is used for parameter optimization.Compared with the origin design,The aerodynamic drag is reduced obviously.The results indicates that the method can improve the vehicle aerodynamic performance and the optimization efficiency of CFD effectively.
