摘    要:Q13汽油机横置改纵置的过程中,对水泵轴承的受力进行了分析,并对WB型与WR型轴承分别运用于纵置发动机的理论寿命进行了计算分析。通过理论计算及试验验证,在调整皮带张力及改变水泵轴承结构的情况下,能够大幅提高水泵寿命,改善水泵质量。

Abstract:The Q13 engine installed on the vehicle from lateral direction to longitudinal direction, it is necessary to analyse the force of the water pump bearing, then calculate the lifetime of the WB model bearing and the WR model bearing on the longitudinal engine. Theoretical arithmetic and the test verification shows that, adjustment the force of the engine belt and change the structure of the water pump bearing, the lifetime of the water pump will be prolonged by a large margin, and the quality of the pump will be improved.
