基于OptiStruct的车门焊点优化设计

摘    要:本文建立了以某轿车车门模态、刚度性能为约束条件,焊点体积最小为目标的优化模型,应用HyperWorks/OptiStruct模块对车门焊点进行拓扑优化,得到不同密度区间焊点分布情况,根据优化结果结合工程经验调整焊点布置。对比分析优化前后的车门结构,结果表明在车门性能基本保持不变的前提下,减少了焊点数量,降低了焊接装配成本。

Abstract:An optimization model for Door is set up with structure performance as constraints and minimizing the weld volume as the objective. By using HyperWorks/ OptiStruct to do topology optimization, each weld's contribution is determined, and weld localization is adjusted. Validation of the structure performance shows that topology optimization is effective and feasible for weld reduction.
