| 摘 要： | 本文论述了动力总成位移计算方法的基本原理,并以某款轿车动力总成3点悬置系统为例,结合具体设计实际,论述了动力总成的悬置系统匹配、质心位移计算和包络的构建等方法。这种方法可以避免因距离过小而导致的运动干涉问题发生,对于动力总成悬置的设计和机舱的布置具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the basic principle of calculation method for powertrain displacement According to a passenger car＇s 3 point powertrain mount system and the specific design of the actual,it discusses the powertrain mounts system matching,centroid displacement calculation and envelope construction method.This method can avoid interference while small distance movement occur and has guiding significance to the powertrain mount design and underhood layout. |
