摘    要:通过应用有限元法对一种新型机车传动系统的弹性联轴节进行强度分析,找出应力集中点,并以应力集中处的应力作为目标函数,以弹性联轴节的基本尺寸为设计变量,进行优化设计,从理论上求出了研究对象的最优形状,从而为整个系统的设计开发奠定了重要的基础。

Abstract:The flexible coupling strength is analyzed for a new drive system of locomotive by use of FEM and the stress concentrationpoint is found. Optimum design is carried out by taking the stress at the concentration point as target function and the original dimensionof the flexible coupling as the design variable. Optimum shape of the study object is deducted theoretically so that an important basis isestablished for the design and development of the system.
