| 摘 要： | 行政问责制自实施以来,引起了各方面的关注,它取得了一定的成效也存在不少的问题。本文从行政问责的重要性谈起,对它的形式及问题进行了分析,并就其中媒体监督及保证媒体自由的方面进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | The accountability system has been a focus issue in public and proved to be effective since it was carried out. However, there are still some problems in this system that it should be improved in the future. This thesis begins with the importance of the accountability system, analyzes the formality and problems of it. And then, gives some suggestions about media freedom and media supervision, hoping to benefit the development of the accountability system in the future. |
