| 摘 要： | 总结了智能交通系统ITS的发展状况和智能铁路系统的国内外研究情况，提出了中国智能铁路系统CIRS的基本组成和总体结构。在此基础上，分析了中国智能铁路系统CIRS的基本特征和所具有的优势，指出了中国智能铁路GIRS的若干关键技术，并对GPS在智能铁路系统中的应用进行了讨论，最后提出了发展中国铁路智能系统CIRS的若干建议。

| Abstract: | The developments of Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) and the researches about Chinese Intelligent Railway System(CIRS) are presented.The basic formations and the general structure frame of CIRS are discussed.Furthermore,the basic characteristics and the advantages of CIRS are given and the key techniques of CIRS are pointed out.The application of GPS in CIRS is discussed.Some useful suggestions on developing CIRS are put forward. |
