| Abstract: | The planned area is about 71.3 km2 in Luoynan New Area of Luoyang City. The urban drainage uses the pipe open channel type, in which an open channel is required to pass Jiaozhi Railway and Luojie Expressway. The article sets forth the selection of the design scheme of the open drainage channel to underpass the expressway, the tunnel design and construction step flow as well as the construction monitoring methods. |
