| 高速公路征地补偿制度存在的问题及对策 |

| 摘 要： | 针对高速公路征地补偿制度不完善的问题,指出目前的高速公路征地补偿标准偏低,补偿方式不科学,补偿金管理与发放过程中截留情况严重。提出了让农民参与征地补偿过程,改变单一的一次性货币补偿方式,提高补偿标准,实行差额补偿制度等相关对策。

| Abstract: | Concerning the problems existed in the compensation system of expressway requisition land,this paper points out lower compensation standard,unscientific compensation way and sever withholding compensation fund in management and granting at present.The paper suggests that farmers join the process of land requisition,and changing the single compensation way of money at one time,enhancing compensation standard and executing different compensation. |
