摘    要:路基注浆既要满足注浆量要求又要使浆液尽快形成强度而满足通车条件,为此,引入水泥-水玻璃双液浆理论解决上述问题。通过调节水泥-水玻璃浆液配比及注浆工艺,保证注浆量和浆液扩散半径,将每根袖阀管分4段注浆,下面3段注纯水泥浆,最上面靠近地表段注10 %的双液浆,确保靠近地表处的浆液在交通解封时尽快形成强度。检测结果表明,路基注浆加固效果良好。调整后的注浆方案既保证了注浆量、浆液扩散半径,又保证了浆体在较短时间内形成强度,满足交通及时解封条件。

Study on Parameters of Cement-water Glass Grouting for Subgrade Reinforcement under Traffic Conditions
Abstract:Subgrade grouting requires grouting quantity and the slurry should form the strength rapidly to meet traffic conditions; hence a double grout (cement-water glass) theory was introduced. Through adjusting the proportion of cement to water glass, and optimizing the grouting technology as well, the quantity and the spread radius were assured. Each sleeve valve barrel was divided into 4 segments, in which three segments below were grouted by pure cement, and the rest upper segment near the ground surface was grouted by double-grout by 10 % so as to ensure the grout close to the ground surface to form strength fast when traffic is reopened. The test result shows that the subgrade grouting has good effect on reinforcement; the adjusted grouting scheme not only meet the requirement of grouting quantity and spread radius, but also guarantees the grout to form strength fast in a relatively short time, and allows in time reopening of traffic.
