大跨度悬浇钢筋混凝土拱桥合龙施工技术研究

摘    要:合龙段是悬浇钢筋混凝土拱桥施工的重点和难点,其直接关系到桥梁结构成桥后的线形以及受力状态,进而决定桥梁施工完成后是否达到合理成桥状态。文章以贵州木蓬特大桥为工程背景,以其合理成桥状态为目标,利用Midas/Civil有限元分析软件对结构进行静力计算,分析了不同合龙方案、合龙温度以及拱圈合龙后的拆索顺序对成桥后主拱圈的应力和挠度的影响,为以后同类型桥梁的合龙施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:The closure section is the emphasis and difficulty for the construction of cantilever poured reinforced concrete arch bridge,which is directly related to the linear and force state of bridge structure after the completion, and then further determines whether the bridge construction can reach the reasonable bridge state after the completion.With Guizhou Mupeng Super-large Bridge as engineering back- ground,and with its reasonable bridge state as the goal,this article used the Midas/Civil finite element analysis software for the static calculation of the structure, and analyzed the impact of different closure plans, closure temperatures and cable demolition sequence after the closure of arch rings on the stress and deflection of main arch dngs after the bddge completion,thereby providing the reference for the future closure construction of bddges in the same type.
