金属陶瓷离合器从动盘的研制

摘    要:使用金属陶瓷摩擦材料作为离合器从动秀摩擦面片相对于使用有机石棉片来说具有很多优点,金属陶瓷片其摩擦系数大,热稳定性好,在较高的工作温度下,比有机片更耐磨,阐述了金属陶瓷摩擦面从动盘设计参数的确定及结构设计特点,对试制的金属陶瓷从动盘总成做了台架试验和整车试验,试验结果表明,金属陶瓷离合器具有良好的使用操作性能,接合平稳,变速器换档顺利,无颤抖现象。

Abstract:There are many advantages to use metalloceramic frictional material as clutch driven plate lining than to use organic asbestos lining.Frictional coefficient of metallo ceramic lining is great,thermo stability good and wear resistance under higher temperature better than that of organic lining.Determination of design parameters and features of constructional design of the driven plate with metallo ceramic lining are expounded.Rig test and on car test are performed for the metallo ceramic driven plate developed,of which the results show that metallo ceramic clutch possesses good property in operation,i.e. starting of clutch stable,speed shifting of transmission smooth and no trembling.
