| 摘 要： | 通过质量控制措施为宿迁船闸下游上行船舶提供了安全待闸设施,提高了宿迁船闸通过能力,提高了全段快速通过能力和扩大了通过量；缓解京杭运河水上交通大动脉的压力,强化了京杭运河黄金水道的地位；同时岸边景观带将逐渐成为市民休闲好场所。
