以义乌丹溪大桥为背景,从主梁和拱圈的施工预拱度计算、吊索无应力长度计算、主梁顶升施工、拱圈预拱度设置及吊索安装施工步骤等方面介绍了国内首座斜靠式系杆拱桥外置式锚头吊索的安装施工技术。外置式锚头多用于悬索桥,具有造型美观,不削弱被连接的拱、梁结构,施工安装方便等优点。

Construction Technology for Installing Out-laid Anchor Head and Suspension Cable of Leaning-type Tied Arch Bridge

Taking the Yiwu-Danxi Bridge as a background,this paper comprehensively introduces the construction technology for Installing out-laid anchor head and suspension cable from such aspects as calculating camber of girder and arch,calculating sling's length without stress,jacking-up of girder,setting up camber of arch,and construction steps for installing sling.Out-laid anchor heads are used for suspension bridges mostly because they have the advantages such as attractive in appearance,not weakening arch and girder structure connected,and easy to install.
