摘    要:本文全面研究了EQ6100发动机缸体在使用中发生裂纹的问题,及对此展开的各项试验研究的结果,理论与实验互相印证的是曲轴内弯矩对缸体应力影响最大,加平衡块后,可以有效地解决缸体裂纹问题。

Abstract:The cylinder block cracking in EQ6100 Engine is studied in this paper. The results of theoretical analysis and experiments are consistent, which show that the bending moment on crankshaft caused by inertial force has largest effect on cylinder block stress. Adding balance weights can effectively eliminate the cylinder block cracking.
