| 摘 要： | 关联树法是一种对复杂系统进行分析评价的方法，是系统工程理论的一个分支，把它应用于交通安全，能全面、系统地分析对策。此外，从关联树中可以清晰地看出各级目标的重要度，这便于交通管理部门根据各自不同阶段的目标采取不同措施，抓住主要矛盾，达到所需目标。

| Abstract: | The methodology of PATI＇ERN is a method to analyze and evaluate a complex system, and is a branch of system engineering theory. The method can analyze countermeasure roundly and systematically when it is used on traffic safety. Furthermore, the importance degree of the target at all levels can be saw from the PATFERN, so the traffic management departments can adopt different measures according to the targets of each different phases, and grasp the principal contradiction, achieve target needed. |
