湖州某自锚式悬索桥吊杆施工关键技术

摘    要:混凝土加劲梁的线形、内力和梁体裂缝控制是自锚式悬索桥施工控制的重点和难点.根据某自锚式悬索桥的结构特点和现场实际情况以及鞍座合理的顶推时机、顶推量,对吊杆施工阶段的吊杆计算、安装、张拉和索力调整施工进行了合适调整控制,使得吊杆长度合理、安装顺序符合实际、结构体系转换快、张拉次数少,施工过程中结构受力明确,梁体基本没有产生裂缝,主梁线形和理论计算线形较为吻合,取得了很好的张拉控制效果.

Abstract:It is a key and difficult point for a self-anchored suspension bridge to control the cable shape,internal force and cracking of concrete stiffening girders. Based on the structural characteristics, field situation, and rational jacking opportunity and measure of saddle on a self-anchored suspension bridge, a reasonable adjustment and control was carried out for the calculation, installation, tensioning and cable force of the hanger, which resulted in a reasonable length of hanger, practical installation order, quick conversion of structural system, and fewer times of tension. The structural stress in the process of construction was clear, no crack eccurred, and the cable shape of main beam was in agreement with the theoretical simulation results. Overall, the control effect was very satisfactory.
