| 摘 要： | 通过对大量交通事故资料的分析，证明道路交通安全水平与道路设计密切相关。针对目前道路设计中普遍存在的安全问题，以人性化设计为前提，提出一些道路规划设计中应该采用的安全新理念，并就目前存在的最为广泛和严重的问题，给出解决措施，有助于提高道路安全水平。

| Abstract: | The analysis of a great many of traffic accidents shows that the road safety is closely related with its design. Given the current ubiquitous security problems in road design, the paper indicates that some new safety concept should be taken in road planning and design on the prerequisite of humanized design, puts forward some measures solving the most ubiquitous and serious problems currently. All these are beneficial for improving road safety level. |
